    Pros

Very experienced recruiters and account managers that know technology and IT staffing. Company is willing to spend money on necessary tools and client events to get business. Fun place to work when business is booming.

    Cons

Experienced and long tenured employees tend to behave like they own the place and can be less than welcoming to new employees.

    Pros

Great work environment, loads of fun.

    Cons

There aren't really any. If you don't work hard, you will stay in your same position.

    Pros

Management is fair, not micromanagers. The Recruiters and Account Managers are very skilled and SR in level which is why the company is pretty successful. The environment is decent. I like that they are very involved in giving back to the community and allow you to take part during company time.

    Cons

Too many processes and people involved in a single transaction. I don't feel there needs to be 5 people involved to get a single thing accomplished. It leaves you feeling chained in the ability to make decisions without your hand being held. Most tenured employees are very resistant to change which is a whole other challenge.

    Pros

The compensation package, the company culture, the little extra perks you don't find at other companies. They are very compassionate to their employees and community.

    Cons

Nothing serious I would complain about

    Pros

The comp package was not bad.

    Cons

Too many mangers; everyone is only looking out for themselves. Office is extremely “clicky” so if you’re in, it's great, if you're not, it's miserable.

    Advice to Management

    See cons.

    Pros

Great managers, and President and ownership
A lot of opportunity to make money
    High-level internal talent
    Good competitive spirits

    Cons

No room for growth or advancement
    Benefits/Insurance were very poor

    Advice to Management

A great environment and great people to work for. It simply needs areas of improvement. Too many chiefs, which some times creates a difficult environment.

    Pros

Prompt Response from the management. I liked the benefits offered by this company. But would have been happier if they have offered paid sick leave.

    Cons

Like I said, Insource group does not offer any Paid sick leave. None other than this. Over all I am very much satisfied working for Insource group

    Advice to Management

The management is excellent, prompt and energetic.

    Pros

Fast paced motivating environment. Very competitive and management challenges it's staff. Highly experienced recruiting staff.

    Cons

What's in it for me mentality versus what's best for the client. Candidates seem to dictate the market.

    Advice to Management

Look at the BIG picture when servicing an account. What do clients truly need from us to be successful.
