“Great hotel, but like most, needs improvement in processes and management.”
Former Employee – worked at The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center
Pros – The hotel is not as corporate as most and has a family like feel. It is a high end hotel with a casual feel to it and it lacks the stuffiness that most 4 diamond hotels have.
Cons – Management and internal promotions often are done for the wrong reasons.
Advice to Senior Management – They need to create more of a dialogue with employees rather than keeping everything top secret. In a world where the "people" matter, it is silly that it is not communicated to all parties that need the information
