    Pros

Good place to earn skills for the first time. You have an ocean to learn the skill you want. They aren't very strict employer, you will have freedom to learn the way you want.

    Cons

No define process. Everything is subject to approval from a hierarchy of top executives which usually takes a lot of time. Non professional. Appraisal system though defined but non transparent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please nurture the upcoming talent in the best possible way by allowing workshops from external parties. Appraisal system needs to be transparent.

Former Employee - Unit Head in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh (India)

I worked at The Jaypee Group full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Carrying a big brand name and inter unit support all across their set ups.

    Cons

Unprofessional approach and bureaucratic attitude of top management prevents healthy growth of talents at all levels. Too many reports. Poor time management. For people to spend time is okay but if staying in such a close door environment it may rust the growth of professionals and their self belief.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It will be better if the top management is more concerned of the main key performance parameters with sufficient resources and support to local SBU and then review their performances quarterly. And focus their energies on diversifications and expansions. This will provide synergy to the total group and bring in the lost enthusiasm amongst the performers to excel their performance
