    Pros

Great benefits, current growth heading in a positive direction. Fulfilling work, hard working, smart, bright, co-workers. Professional corporate leaders in the San Francisco region, good mission statement. Corporate structure is generally caring, nice communities, reasonably pleasant work environment.

    Cons

RM's only care about their own bottom line. Accolades are far and few, implementations or requests are forgotten, unless the RM can take credit for it. RM's exhibit unprofessional, rampant favoring to long term toxic employees who beguile with lies and cheating. Cliquish, & childish behavior from higher-ups at meetings, and conferences. Prevalent nepotism. Hardworking, educated, qualified staff are overlooked for promotions in favor of staff who are either friends, family, or willing to lie, cheat, or steal. Condescending, demeaning, bullying behavior rampant among several RM's is relished and ignored.

    Advice to Management

The fear and control based style of management is outdated. Let go and redirect the negative and condescending tone that pervades the communications from upper-management to on-site staff. Practice less bullying, implement a more positive, supportive approach to on-site staff by leading as oppose to demanding.
