    ConsDistrict manager forced me to work because she was going to be in the store that day on the morning my Grandfather died.

    ProsYou were able to reach out to anyone in corporate if yu needed them

    ConsWith so many diffrent dapartments there has always been a lack of communication with the field and no one in corporate was held accountable.

    Advice to Senior ManagementTreat peolple with the same respect that you would want , it not easy operating a store when you are opening and closing by yourself based on the hours the company gives you , and still expect to give STARR service.

    Owning your own business
    Constant Change (pro and con) but I've been with the company for 7 plus years and nothing is the same as from when i first started
    Lots of growth , if you work hard for it
    Great pay ( Depending on location)

    Cons-working 44 hours
    -no OT for SM
    -Payroll can be EXTREMELY tight

    Advice to Senior ManagementGreat Job listening to Store level associates… but those that are ready and willing for the next step should be the ones in corporate. You're loosing a lot of good people!

    When a SM is working OT a floating holiday would be nice if it becomes excessive.
