    Pros

Some of the most amazing people anyone could ever ask to spend so much of their time with.
    Great work environment.
    More than ample time off.

    Cons

Company was sold... The beginning of the end.
After being blind-sided by the news of brands being discontinued, and then customer service being moved to the New York office, forget about trying to plan your future... and your severance, if you didn't remain their hostage until they decided you were free to go on with your life outside of Jones.

    Advice to Management

Most of the employees can't even afford the products the company sells, so think about what they're going through while being kept in the dark about their future employment status. Have some consideration for your employees' livelihoods.

    Pros

There was so much going on at the same time that it really gave you plenty of opportunities to sharpen up your skills.

    Cons

So disorganized. Work/Life balance is non existent. Managers pretend they don't see when their subordinates are practically living at the office. Nothing but stress with petty managers who don't know how to manage and all they do is make a stressful enough situation even worse. They seem to enjoy demoralizing their subordinates, criticizing everything from how they reply to their emails and how many emails they save in their inbox to how they go about take care of their daily tasks, in an effort to make them self conscious and uncomfortable all day long and finally, making sure their irrational behavior is NEVER forgotten by destroying their reputation. They are nothing but cruel and absolutely ridiculous.

    Advice to Management

Hire people that can actually manage/ develop a department without destroying members of the team. There is a right and a wrong way to manage a team and making them feel like they are worthless is not one of them.

    Pros

Good people trying to do the best for the company
    Good benefits
    3pm Fridays
    Casual dress code

    Cons

Senior management can't get the product right and now no one is buying it. It's terrible what they have done to this company. PE owners are now selling the pieces to the highest bidder.

    Advice to Management

Do what is right for the company, not what is right for your bank account.
