    You were able to reach out to anyone in corporate if yu needed them

    With so many diffrent dapartments there has always been a lack of communication with the field and no one in corporate was held accountable.

    Treat peolple with the same respect that you would want , it not easy operating a store when you are opening and closing by yourself based on the hours the company gives you , and still expect to give STARR service.

    The only good reason to work for JNY are the health benefits.

    Cons

    Embarrassing pay, can't sell something that nobody wants to buy, JNY doesn't foster loyalty, not even amongst the clientele anymore.

    Struggle to find any beside the product. Management is horrible.

    District manager forced me to work because she was going to be in the store that day on the morning my Grandfather died.
