Pros
Friendly people, very supposrtive and helpfull. Great family atmosphere. We all get along.
Cons
People from outside of Florida are not as familiar with the Keyes name as other companies.
Advice to Senior Management
You're doing a great job!!
Pros
Nice office, kept neat and clean
Cons
Thought this was a better company.
I see many obscure, morally questionable, and underhanded transactions happening more than they should.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat your clients better, and do the right thing.
Keep in mind your client or prospective client is the bread and butter of your business.
This should never be forgotten, especially knowing that one unhappy client can let everyone they
know about the bad experience with Keyes which is lost future revenue!
Pros
Private, family owned atmosphere. Diverse workforce.
Cons
Training is not good or consistent. Some inadequate managers. Work and life balance is just fair. In addition, the company seems to be lacking consistent management. They have many offices but there is a lack of organization.
Advice to Senior Management
More professional level management. Management seems to be lacking higher levels of schooling or better training. Real Estate is very competitive and the Keyes Company seems to have not kept with the times. In Miami they have tried to penetrate the luxury market without success. This is due to their inferior image and advertising strategies. They are considered low end.
