I have been working at The Keystone Group

    Pros

    - Like combination of M&A, Strategy and Turnaround...good to get exposure to all
    - Small teams = everyone is doing something important, even the new hires (compared to team of 10 to 20)
    - Outstanding learning environment
    - Senior managements is very talented. It's a smaller firm so the people / quality of work must win over clients, not just the brand name
    - Culture is great...service trip to mexico, nice people, fun atmosphere

    Cons

Travel is difficult (although better at Keystone compared to other consulting firms)
Not a lot of structure (for some, a good thing)

  10.

All in all Keystone is a great place to work. But little room for advancement and feedback on job performance is poor.

I have been working at The Keystone Group

    Pros

Great family atmosphere and very flexible with time off. Able to work without being micro managed. Great location and benefits are decent.

    Cons

Very little room for advancement and little or no feedback on job performance. Benefits are decent but they could be better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate more often with each other across the departments and communicate more often with the "common folk." Maybe have less managers and more workers.
