    Pros

You work around and with some pretty neat people, and in a truly unique environment.

    Cons

The pay is very very low. Not a good work/life balance.

I worked at The Kraft Group

    Pros

Working for a sports organization? Co-worker support and team mentality to get it done.

    Cons

Benefits and salary lag behind of similar positions. Constant shoot first and hopefully no questions will need to be answered mentality which leads to damage control later.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are other humans besides the ones that play on the field. Make them feel proud to be part of the company as well.
