  2.

Interesting and a great resume booster, but not worth it unless you're a die-hard fan.

I have been working at The Kraft Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The work is interesting and I have learned a great deal while meeting a wide variety of people. I have made connections with a variety of clients in different industries and gained a better understanding of how large, privately owned facilities run.

Discounted tickets and on occasion free access to VIP events.

    Cons

Endless demands, expect to work way more than the described 40 hrs/week, be on call all hours and weekends regardless of job position or pay (which for an engineer, architect or other manager is extremely low compared to the local and national average). Benefits do not make up for the under-compensation.

While the actual location of the business is cool and quite unique, be prepared to have no windows or access to natural lighting unless you leave for lunches or are an executive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management does not promote an inner-office culture, nor does it consider the basic cost of living in Boston or New England. Management needs to do a better job of listening and communicating in house.

I worked at The Kraft Group

    Pros

Working for a sports organization? Co-worker support and team mentality to get it done.

    Cons

Benefits and salary lag behind of similar positions. Constant shoot first and hopefully no questions will need to be answered mentality which leads to damage control later.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are other humans besides the ones that play on the field. Make them feel proud to be part of the company as well.
