Thanks for the feedback! Glad to hear the only con is the hours...but hopefully you'd agree that the long hours result in more activity and more results for our clients, candidates and the company. ... More

I have been working at The LaSalle Network full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The culture within LaSalle is more unique than I could have imagined and everyone is there to grow the company and help each other.

    Cons

There truly are none. During the interview process they are open about the long days therefore it may be a "con" but we all chose it!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Pros

Outstanding company with awesome growth potential. Honestly have never found a job that I enjoyed so much. My co-workers great and so are the managers. Overall easily the best company I have ever worked for. The CEO is a down-to-earth guy and I couldn't be any luckier. Also, food gets catered on Thursday

    Cons

No real cons honestly, I enjoy the company and what I do.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!!

I have been working at The LaSalle Network full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great culture, everyone is happy to be at work and for the most part in a great mood. The CEO treats everyone with respect and is in the office all the time and makes a point to get to know everyone. There are a ton of fun things that we do at LaSalle-- from company happy hours, bagel Fridays, company wide incentive trips to Miami and Las Vegas, etc. It is a fun place to work.

    Cons

If you aren't a morning person it'll be a tough job. The hours are early for most, and also one hour longer than most jobs so you have to be willing to work hard.

    Advice to Management

None! The management team is great. They are always available to chat, and you can easily get ahold of management from any team.

I have been working at The LaSalle Network full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Great people - Solid managers who are invested in your development - Huge amount of understanding for the learning curve of a recent grad - Industry thought leadership - Company perks like hanging out together and having a drink after work, going to Miami

    Cons

    - The hours are longer than a typical 9-5 - If you don't vibe with the personalities here, you may feel left out - Pay is okay, but not fantastic for an entry-level position

I have been working at The LaSalle Network as an intern

    Pros

It's an exciting place to work where every single employee, interns included, feel like they are part of a big family. Management makes a point of knowing everyone and of celebrating even the smallest victories.

    Cons

The work can sometimes be a lot, and there is always another task to be completed, but time goes quickly and the people working around you make sure it never feels overwhelming.

    Pros

inclusive culture, happy people, environment full of energy and enthusiasm, fast-paced work, willingness among employees to go the extra mile for each other, community involvement

    Cons

if you are one who doesn't like working past 5, this likely isn't the pace for you- everyone here goes above and beyond what is expected, to the extent that it has become the norm to work beyond what most other companies expect
