    Pros

I loved my ten toddlers and my assistant and there was a lot of autonomy in how I ran my classroom

    Cons

They pay very little so staff turnover is high. There is no communication between teachers and management. The staff can be very gossipy and catty. Management looks for scapegoats when parents complain.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with your staff and pay decent wages to keep decent teachers!

    Pros

    Updated facilities, some nice people

    Cons

Worked here in college...director would be asked to clock out and go back to work frequently, lots of trashy women working there, people would go out and smoke on break and come back to work smelling, employees would yell at kids...I was only there for four months and it was four months too long, way too many kids per teacher.

    Advice to Management

You are responsible for the wellbeing of children, do a better job.

    Pros

-SOME of the girls I worked with -The kids.

    Cons

-You have to be one of the BM's favorites to get anywhere. Be her best friend and you can use your phone, take longer breaks. etc. -PAY. 5 years experience and 5 days experience get paid the same. -Uniforms. Mens sizes. granted you're handling kids so you won't need to look like a queen, but at least give us fitted polos -They couldn't care less if they stressed you out. You'll have 5 new kids a week and they'll ask why you don't have consistency. -FOOD PORTIONS. They give the kids small portions. If they ask for more they have to wait 10mins before they are allowed to receive more.

    Advice to Management

STOP mixing personal lives and business.

    Pros

This facility is new and neat. It has good looks and everyone has smiles when giving tours and such, behind closed doors is a different story.

    Cons

Lack of communication, broken promises, cheap, untruthful, most important NEGATIVE. Unfairly treated staff, kids being jumped back and forth to classes, lack of important necessities including paper towels, soap, paper, paint, glue etc.

    Advice to Management

    Be truthful. Be helpful.

    Pros

Steady paycheck. They have a great mascot and he creates a fun environment. Families and kids are great nothing else.

    Cons

Horrible management! They are only about the money not their people! They close one school to open another and then low ball all their teachers salaries. They have zero morals and integrity values.

    Advice to Management

Try a little kindness instead of all your lies and manipulations! Backstabbing and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Very disorganized and disheveled!

    Pros

I have dedicated my life to be a teacher and do things for the kids. From urban communities to rich suburbs, kids are never the problem.

    Cons

Everything stems from the top, the director is treated like trash by corporate, and the teachers are treated the same. This terrible work environment breeds teachers who are selfish, looking out for themselves, and use any chance they can get to put other teachers down. Teachers are constantly bad mouthing each other. I had spent my last 6 years preparing myself to become the best teacher I can be, this company has jaded me from the profession. At least I can thank them for helping me change field. If you would like to experience the lowliness of low, to see if teaching is for you, just apply here.

    Advice to Management

    Good luck finding good teachers.

    Pros

Children and parents were awesome, curriculum and facility was up to date

    Cons

Management hires inexperienced staff just to pay low wages. Children not cared for in a professional manner. Most Staff clueless in early childhood education

    Advice to Management

Pay a more competetive wage and hire experienced people! And higher management needs to monitor directors etc. have them treat teachers with respect and appreciate their worth. Maybe you'd hold onto REAL teachers
