    Pros

    A comfortable, but fast paced environment. Allow a work life balance. The people are friendly.

    Cons

    Culture changed when Linde bought BOC. The value of doing a good job no longer means what it did. Good, solid employees have become expendable.

    Advice to Senior Management

    Keep the people that do the best work. That is what will benefit the company in the long run.
