Current Employee – been working at The List full-time for less than a year
Pros – Every employee at The List has a can do attitude and works towards doing their part to achieve the company's over arching goals.
Very creative in coming up with regular team building activities to enhance communication across departments.
The management team is supportive and is results oriented. No red tape to slow things down.
Cons – Need better support tools to improve the sales and account management process to reduce some redundant work.
Can't really complain too much since they are working on this issue.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at The List full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great product to sell at a very reasonable price point
Nice office in the heart of Buckhead
Opportunity to earn good money on sales side through commissions and bonuses
Good work environment, good group of people to be around
Good benefits and matching 401K up to 3%
Cons – Very transactional business - you are a hero or a zero on a month to month basis
Inside based business, limited to no opportunities for outside sales calls, trade shows, or in person networking
Monotonous - have to make 30-60 calls every day, day in, day out with no way around it
Don't get comfortable - Owner will fire anyone at any level at any given moment
Micromanagement - Meetings every morning, weekly sales meetings, and bi-weekly one on one meetings with your manager
No flexibility in working from home
For sales position, 1 bad month can affect your income significantly

Current Employee – been working at The List
Pros – Most have flexible schedules and try to collaborate together on projects to get the job done. It's nice being able to have breakfast and lunch provided sometimes. And getting to wear jeans and flip flops is just so comfy!
Cons – There are so many ideas that hit the ground running here that people take on too much at one time. We are very ambitious, but we take on several projects before completing the ones we are already working on. Some people get stepped on in the process. Especially those that are trying to give a helping hand.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
