    Pros

Great co-workers who are very knowledgeable. A friendly environment where you can network.

    Cons

Jobs are temporary. There are periodic layoffs. Most of the management are not qualified or lack suitable training. Entry level staff are expected to complete managerial tasks and receive no recognition for it.

    Advice to Management

Ensure that lower management is qualified. Provide opportunities for career advancement.

    Pros

Learning opportunity. Good place to learn the basics and methods of property management. I reccomend taking what you can from any job as this is one. It is small enought to get to know everyone but large enough to know most everything you need to know.

    Cons

Limited growth potential- senior management stays put leaving few positions to fill other than lower ranked titles. Lack of uniformity in terms of policies- there seems to be disagreements between senior managers as to changes or adaptations to policies as market trends appear to head. Constant tedious paperwork that has to be physically (via mail courier or fax) sent to each department head and then somehow papers still get lost.

    Advice to Management

Need to communicate and agree on issues that effect the whole. Accept the technology and realize that the technology is not only the way of the future (and present) and also a great cost-cutting tool.

  7. monitor all delivery order and collection to export or to pick up laden also empty containers..
