    Pros

You are helping people live there lives to the fullest! You are making a difference in someone's life! The pay is decent as well and the hours are flexible.

    Cons

You really have to love what you do or the job is not for you! If you don't like nursing home setting then some of the placements are not for you either.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up! Awesome company!

    Pros

great support staff. Coordinators are very supportive to staff in as much as they can be considering large caseloads. With a degree, you can move up in the company.

    Cons

Benefits too expensive for average direct support staff, too low of wages considering all dsp's do and in comparing other companies like this who have been gradually increasing hourly wage.

    Advice to Management

Considering this company is now a publicly traded company on the NYSE, management has decided to lower starting wage. DSP's are the heart of this company and should be paid a fair wage. Too many have to work other jobs just to pay for rent and food.

    Pros

Good mission on paper but on paper only.

    Cons

Profit profit profit. Terrible human resources executives. Terrible senior management. Terrible core values.

    Advice to Management

No use talking to arrogant tone deaf people.

    Pros

Best reasons are interacting with the students, interacting with coworkers, and having some autonomy. DSP's are able to resolve most situations before management steps in

    Cons

Slight boredom and hours are not consistent. Hours constantly change because of the student schedules. Also, staff members are not alerted earlier or even in general when their client for the day is given to someone else.

    Advice to Management

Allow staff members more autonomy, alert staff when their clients have been taken away, allow more access to office, reimburse staff members bakc.

    Pros

NONE, None, none, none, total bunch of losers

    Cons

EVERYTHING, they don't GAS about their employees, NO TIME OFF = 4 hrs per pay period equates to ONE DAY OFF A YEAR. Treated like a slave, worse. I rather be beaten with chains and die myself before I would ever recommend this unprofessional and breaks every law under State regulations. CEO COO, entire company should get shutdown. Run, run, tun, run, run! And never look back from this place. They are a disgrace.

    Advice to Management

    Read the above freaks.

    Pros

Great coworkers, great contracted company-FBS, great work/life balance

    Cons

No funding could be managed for behavioral services-ABA, DTT, 1:1 therapies, or behavior consulting. Benefits could be better.

    Pros

Extremely flexible. 40hours a week with flex time. Working and helping the people who need waiver is rewarding and can be a lot of fun!

    Cons

Management- when a staff member calls off its our responsibility to get it covered even if it means covering it yourself. Some days I have worked over 24hours.

    Advice to Management

We are the only position within the whole company who does not receive bonuses or some kind of compensation. We do a lot for the pay we receive and feel a bit under appreciated.
