I have been working at The Medical Team part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Meeting new people, very flexible work hours, great for college students, and college students who are looking into being in the medical field.

    Cons

Sometimes you meet difficult people, starting pay is minimum wage unless you have work experience you can be working up to $15/hr

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be positive, empathize with the client, have a strong back bone, and love what you do, and be courteous to your clients

I have been working at The Medical Team full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The pay and benefits are great. I enjoy my patients and I love what I do. I really enjoy the office staff and management team. They are so much fun to work with! I enjoy my job and the responsibility that goes with it. My schedule is excellent and I love that there is no on-call in my position. My off time is MINE!

    Cons

The company-issued phone is a really old blackberry. I hate it! As awesome as the managers are, they need more management training. Problem employees face no consequences or discipline when they dont pull their weight. I spend probably 20% of my time cleaning up after mistakes made by incompetent coworkers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop putting up with people who don't do their jobs!

    Cons

company has high turn over rate, doesn't like to pay overtime, supervisors are shady, facilities control who they like working in the buildings...if they dont like you, you get transferred

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Pay was better than most comparable companies, but you are working 12 hours shifts no matter what.

    Cons

Bad management and support for team members. Management lets too much bickering and infighting between team members go on. Team members are allowed to be late every day without being disciplined for example.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get new management!
