    Pros

Decent money, some places let you sit at a desk, but others don't.

    Cons

Management can be obnoxious. Luke telling you not to to sit to eat your lunch.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees with more respect.

    Pros

The tips were great most of the time. Most of the diners can only afford to be there on special occasions, so it was fun to see them celebrate. Fun Christmas party paid by company.

    Cons

Long shifts, stressful to turn tables, working holidays, draining on your body at times, a great amount of side work.

    Advice to Management

Please focus on training and hiring more reliable candidates.

    Pros

training is so so good and you can make good friends

    Cons

ppl assume since its expensive that you're getting tipped already so they barely tip or don't at all and we all made NO money (but maybe that's just Atlantic City for ya)

    Advice to Management

    more communication and accountability

    Pros

No turning tables, average table time is 2+ hours. If you're a people person and can handle remembering basic recipes, this is a fantastic job. Average tip ranges from $20-40 per table (if you're not in a terrible area)

    Cons

Balancing tables during a busy night can be hectic, but not impossible. If you have a good management/support team, you'll be fine.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing, at all.

    Pros

the coworkers are great to work with., and its a very fun environment.

    Cons

it is a lot of prep work and a very time consuming job. not like most restaurants

    Advice to Management

Over staffing is a problem. Keep stronger servers on better shifts. and weed out the weaker ones.

    Pros

Great money, great coworkers, active work day, usually great customers, and room for advancement (if you deserve it).

    Cons

Four stories with no elevator, but you get used to it. Heavy dishes, but you end up getting pretty buff. Lots of people not being held accountable for their BS - don't be one of those people.

    Advice to Management

    You're doing great.
