Former Employee – worked at The Mercator Group
Pros – Mercator Group is a solid company that cares for its employees. Salaries are not high but you can take courses, they even have theirt own academy for its employees. They're investing in their employees.
Cons – Managers are very different from one to another department. You can even find managers you really do not know what are they doing.
Advice to Senior Management – Changes needed in organizational structure.
