    Pros

Not much pros to this company other then the time off with the position I am currently in.

    Cons

-foreman and lead hands sit in the office and do no supervision of employees or summer students -instructed to do one thing and then get written up for doing that and told you did it wrong -employees who do nothing and break equipment seem to move up in company while employees who are competent have no chance of advancement -low pay -unpaid lunches even when working through lunches -when equipment breaks its often a band aid solution and causes more issues in the end -when you ask for something to be done about safety you will often be told that they can always find other people to do it -if you say anything about wages you will be told to be happy you have a job -if you have a question about anything you will be told they will look into it and never hear anything about it -constant errors on pay and told there's not an error in hope you just give up -some employees actually sleep more then half of their shift and nothing gets done even when caught -some equipment left in horrible condition after shifts and left for employees to clean when they come in -employees who do time cards often change other employees hours and add hours to theirs -employees outside management often are aloud to use company vehicles for personal use -employees who do not get jobs they have wanted have used vehicle to damage property and equipment and kept theyre jobs while some have been fire just because management didn't like them

    Advice to Management

unless you are willing to sit around and can break equipment or vehicles you stand a pretty good chance at advancing.

    Pros

The agency is mid-sized, so as an intern there is the opportunity to become an important part of the team. The project work is very diverse and the agency is basically covering all aspects of marketing. The atmosphere is personal and people are very open-minded, since the agency constantly hosts international interns from all over the world.

    Cons

Project work requires good time management and there is a risk that you cannot handle multiple projects that are being done.

    Advice to Management

Thanks to our executives for offering such great opportunities for individual creativity and always having an open ear for questions and concerns.

    Pros

working without the union is great the company have a lot more accident forgiven if your a productive driver.

    Cons

customer pick up. the girls in the office need to start checking the fleet mind before sending calls to drivers, the company is well advance in all the new technology that two way radio is useless. the company could saved a lot of money than to have drivers back tracking.
