I worked at The Navigators
Pros – This is a great organization where people matter and where leadership invests in people for their development. In a God-centered organization, they are focused on the right thing.....people.
Cons – Not all the local or regional leaders are in the best fit in terms of their gifting and ability to oversea others.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to develop your regional leaders and don't overlook your younger talent that might leadership gifting. It should not be about seniority.

Pros – Nice location nice buildings was able to get out
Cons – All man run, and no hope for women moving up. They lie about what they do, most that work there do not practice what they preach.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
