I have been working at The Ohio State University part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Usually have some pretty positive people to work with -- a lot of diversity if you're looking for it and work can easily be meaningful if you find a research job that applies to your interests, whatever that may be. There are a few websites to help find jobs on campus and off-campus as well!

    Cons

Diversity of people -- not always a good thing. Some people are harder to work with than others naturally. Some communication problems tend to happen when there are so many people working part-time in any student position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve Communication methods.
