I have been working at The Pancake Parlour part-time for less than a year
Pros – Good people and atmosphere
Everyone is quite young, including the managers
Opportunities to advance, get more responsibility and broaden your role
Reasonably easy daily tasks
Cons – Managers/supervisors monitor you constantly
Pay is average, especially if you're under 21
Food is expensive so even with a staff discount it costs a bit to eat there on breaks
Reasonably high turnover
Can get very repetitive
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Politically driven managerial culture
Advice to Senior Management – Statistics only tell part of the story, look further than just financial performance indicators

I worked at The Pancake Parlour full-time for more than 5 years
Pros – Honestly I can not think of anything nice to say about this organisation. It sucks the life out of you!!
Cons – Senior management is ridiculous, you work your arse off and get absolutely nothing in return except the expectation that you will do the same week in week out. Food is marked up ridiculously high to provide for the church of Scientology donations. Oh and don't think about calling in sick you will be in the bad books for quite some time.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat people with dignity and respect
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
