Pros – Samll family owned company, not a lot of room for advancement

Cons – base salaries low, no pay increase this year

Advice to Senior Management – Increase benefits and compensation company wide

Pros – We enjoy weekly pay as the employees we staff, have the advantage to customer service, coach, and impact overall employee morale from the recruiters desk. We are also encouraged to obtain a CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) Certification which further educates you in your role and legal policies as a recruiter.

Cons – Corporate hunches over the overall office, obligated to use marketing materials that are not appropriate for market we are in, low branding of our name as marketing materials always change. A frog is the spokesperson, which is unprofessional. Also, a bit top heavy on upper management, people in positions for areas of no production for several years. Wasted resources.

Advice to Senior Management – Encourage your staff members, and listen to what the front line employees are saying about the market they are in.

Pros – There was good job variety. They seemed to be accessible at the beginning of my employment.

Cons – The management was terrible, did not keep me informed, salary was much lower than other companies. They were NOT supportive. They believe you are a contractor to fulfill a contract, no work/life balance, benefits were as terrible as their communication. They appeared to be respectful to my needs when I first signed on, but that faded over time. During my last month of employment, they refused to reply to my emails or return phone calls. I discovered later that I was severely underpaid compared to my counterparts.

Advice to Senior Management – May you soon go out of business.
