    Pros

Very transparent leadership. Highly organized. Very process and quality oriented. Caring towards their staff. Exciting projects in a fast paced environment where there is plenty of opportunity to shine. Very good salary and compensation.

    Cons

Not really any cons that I can think of. The company seems to be really well managed with a bright future and growth prospects.

    Pros

it has good people. the working environment is very good. the benefit is good. Between department, it has good coordination system. and pay was good

    Cons

It does not have much cons at all. Only things at the time, it grows too fast, so when downturn came, it got small too fast. But it might be much better managing now.

    Pros

There are no pros to working with this company whatsoever.

    Cons

They are best suited to finding employment for low level manufacturing positions and not well suited to high level spots. They are extremely unsophisticated and uninformed as to standard practices. Be careful in managing their process - they will do things that are very out of the norm and which will poorly reflect on the job seeker.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Operate in your proper channel.

    Disapproves of CEO
