Pros – Most departments have few people, so you get to be a great general manager, a jack of all trades and a master of none so to speak. This experience stacks up and exceeds many corporate positions early on in one's career, as many of many counterparts had limited scope of responsibility, but a lot of it.
Cons – Outside of being a teacher or professor, there was a limited path to career advancement, and most people work on the staff because other family members do, or so they can be close to their children.
Advice to Senior Management – Just continue to remember that the main mission is the education of children, and everything else stems from that mission.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Work with friends, classmates, and wonderful employees
Cons – Minimum wage and very little increment each quarter
– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
