Picking up the pieces and moving on to better job prospects

ProsGreat company to work for! I feel I can talk to my point of contacts one-on-one without feeling uncomfortable. They are understanding and really work with each employee to make them feel like a part of the family. Great with keeping us informed of any changes in payroll and benefits.

ConsI had a disappointing experience working with one of their clients through a government contract with another agency. Before I work directly with The Ravens Group, would like to have the same kind of interaction with just one company not a joint company.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease do not do any contracting business with The National Cancer Institute. If you send any potential job candidates there, it will be a disappointing experience for both job applicant and The Ravens Group.

ProsThis small business will provide a broad range of contracts to work on of many different types exposing you to unique challenges.

ConsA company culture dominated by an overbearing, Johnny-come-lately, retired three star general that can't see beyond his ego to trust his staff to do their job and bring new ideas to the company to spur growth.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop stifling the workforce and undermining mid-level management.
