I worked at The Robinette Company

    Pros

Freedom to work on projects as you seem fit. Great support if you need time off. Lots of nice people to work with. Great reputation with customers.

    Cons

Poor management, lack of communication, poor systems in place for monitoring production. Some not so nice to work with. Antiquated accounting systems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need real-time data that isn't manually entered from spreadsheets and you need to know where your inventory is.

The Robinette Company - Questionable Upper Management Mix

    Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at The Robinette Company full-time

    Pros

    Benefits comparable to other companies.

    Cons

Political company driven by senior management unfamiliar with processes and set in their ways without a sense of reasoning. Cut throat business as they do not want change but insist that certain departments overly perform to make up for those that are not performing to their full potential.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reevaluate the upper management to decide if they are a benefit or a threat to the company.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
