Pros – Great people who are willing to work with you. They are fair and reasonable and every day is a blast!
Cons – Politics...but even that is fun and entertaining.
Advice to Senior Management – Spa memberships? Health club membership?

I have been working at The Rose Group part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Flexible scheduling, Lots of people to work with
Cons – No communication with managers, Only make money if you work long hours
Advice to Senior Management – Some of the managers are not bad at all you can't keep a microscope over all of them but from my experience with one whom had various complaints about them should have been let go a while ago and because they were not let go several people quit because of frustration or lost their job.

hard to take time off
training is horrible
Advice to Senior Management – look at employees as people, not dollar signs

Pros – -Telecommuting is an option
- Great salary and benefits
- Flexible work schedules and dates
- Super smart CEO in charge
Cons – Small company that is a botique
Start up comes with a lot of stress
Hard to compete with big name firms
Advice to Senior Management – You are doing a great job continue the way you are and you will have happy employees for years to come.
