    Pros

Small office Metro accessible Friendly staff Decent benefits 1/2 day Fridays in July and August Support periodic working from home

    Cons

High demands but no rewards or incentives Low company morale Short-staffed and stretched too thin No talent management No room to move up unless someone leaves or is fired

    Advice to Management

If you're asking someone to perform certain tasks at a "manager" level, the pay needs to reflect those demands. Just because someone doesn't have the years of experience doesn't mean that they don't deserve proper compensation for the work that you're asking them to do.
