Nice coworkers, but the company underpays and overworks people. Doesn't value them and works them until they burn out.

    Pros

Good coworkers. Company tries to have fun activities.

    Cons

I don't know any employee (with the exception of the "favorites") who had been employed there for at least a year who wasn't actively looking for a way out. TSG sucks the life out of you.

    Pros

    Great, Talented, and Creative People.

    Cons

Salary...way bellow average for the industry and it is really difficult to get a reasonable raise here. Also, the insurance is not practical at all, especially if you have a family and there aren't really any other benefits that help balance everything out. This is a great place to work if you are more entry level and looking to get your foot in the door, but that is about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are going to keep the wages low, make the perks of working here awesome. It doesn't really balance out otherwise.

    Pros

Great people, great clients with lots of diversity, involved management. Fun atmosphere with lots of thought put into making it a great culture. Great location with a beautiful building.

    Cons

Pay is below average, benefits are not family friendly and are too expensive. No room for growth due to physical space limitations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a larger office space or let some employees work remotely. Change benefit program to be comparable with other agencies.
