I have been working at The Times of India

    Pros

This is one of the biggest media houses of the country.

    Cons

Poor human resource management and senior employees can get away with murder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There should be some sense of parity in the salary structure and also the extraordinary autonomy gifted to each edition should be put under scanner because inter-office politics and blatant partiality often undermines news selection according to merit, news plugs go unnoticed and hardworking people get passed over when the time for promotions and perks arrive.
