    Pros

    The pay is above standard and the CEO is nice and friendly. They also provide free lunch and dinner.

    Cons

    There are less than ten people in management and they are all very catty with each other. Keep to yourself.

    Advice to Management

    Professional development and an employee outing that requires team building would be helpful to cease the cattiness.

    i got to meet some very special people like actors entertainers

    There are no spot open unless some one retire from their position

    listen to your employee' more when They complain about problems with co-workers or supervisors

    Overtime, good food, menu changes weekly, great benefits, good tenure

    Poor management, management does not ask experienced people their opinion

    There are employees working there that have been in the industry twice as long as some management. Utilize their opinions to help improve the business.
