    pay cuts were not so good but hard times call for hard decisions.

    I have been working at The VMC Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Most of the people are great. For some positions it is a good place to start. there used to be wild cats roaming around, but now theres only raccoons and fleas.

    Cons

    Top management is the worst ive ever seen. Offensive, unprofessional, zero people skills. very dirty work environment. Many of us are looking for a new job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Sell the company to someone that cares about it's employees. Restart the 401K sharing. Give employees reviews and raises. Say thank you.

    Many things are done in secret, but thats normal for many companies these days.

    A sincere desire to be the best they can be. Great ideas, excellent products, profound dedication to serving customers. Some of the most knowledgeable professionals in their field.

    In their quest to grow the company, Leadership is spread too thin to make quick decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to trust their staff to make some of the decisions within their expertise so the Leadership staff can focus on those bigger picture items.
