I have been working at The West Paces Hotel Group
Pros – Range of hotels in many countries and a young company that is expanding. Opportunities there but they are long in coming around. If you have patience and can provide the service culture it is a good experience and will prepare you for rising in the ranks but probably somewhere else.
Cons – Company info on new opportunities not really shared. Pipeline of info is held close to the vest. If your property runs into issues or sold and no longer under their management not likely for you to be posted to another position unless you are senior management.
Advice to Senior Management – Just to live up to the commitment they ask of all employees. Also to be certain the senior management of the individual hotels are doing so also.

I worked at The West Paces Hotel Group full-time for more than a year
Pros – Service delivery components create a high level of customer satisfaction combined with high end products.
Cons – Unless you are one of the corporate "mucky mucks", you will never be treated with respect. The high levels of service delivery and "genuine care and concern" only apply to the guests and not to you as an employee. As a salaried employee they will use you like a pawn and place you wherever they see fit, regardless of what you signed up for. Never have enough staff to service events and then play the "All hands on deck" card, after you have already put in 80 hours for the week. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone trying to maintain balance in their life.
Advice to Senior Management – Wouldn't listen anyway because they invented hospitality.
