    Cons

    Work you to death

I have been working at The Wills Group

    Pros

The location is good to avoid driving into DC for folks that live south of the city. Good place for people that like to work 24x7x365

    Cons

No true IT dept, hard to get projects completed, poor decision making at the top wasting tons of money. No Holidays!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let lower level managers that truly understand their departments actually make the decisions! Upper management does not understand the client perspective and how to manage without working staff to death.

    Disapproves of CEO
