    Cons

    No hourly pay raise unless move up to Management
    Can be dog eat dog type atmosphere
    Commission structure changes too often (almost every quarter)
    Unless you're a top performer the pay is not great
    The hours can be a bit much especially during the holidays

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The quarterly awards are great for morale but I believe employees would appreciate either quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly hourly pay raises more. The pay raises should be performance based and be more of an award for their hard work than a routine thing.

    Pros

    Coworkers are sometimes cool; during dead hours you can have fun just talking about things.

    Cons

    TWE buys their phones indirectly in order to make more GP off of the sales. They're often refurbished, though they pass them off as new. I was at a store that TWE bought out and they completely changed our commission structure in a negative way. Rules brought on by TWE were overly strict for no reason. Had to come to the store nearly an hour before it opens even though it only takes 10-15 minutes max to get everything ready. Management not professional and rarely was punctual.

    Hire people who aren't idiots.

    Pros

    Working for this company has been great; I've definitely learned a lot since starting with the company. TWE has nice awards banquets every quarter and an annual holiday party where they treat us very nicely. They only hire managers from within the company, and it seems like new managers are promoted at least once a year. New stores are opening in 2014 so the company is definitely growing.

    Cons

    Commission structure changes a lot, it seems like it gets harder to make the same amount of money each month.

    Many award cermonies for sales staff.
    Small company, really get to know staff.

    Cons

    No room for improvement or growth unless in sales.
    No hiring from within the company.
    No communication between sales and corporate, as well as between different branches of corporate.
    Very disorganized and poorly run.

    Hire a district manager that knows how to sell. Not somebody who is just good at Microsoft excel.

    Pros

    The company is in great position to become the largest dealer of AT&T Wireless. However has no management abilities.

    Cons

    More then 10 employees have left this company in the Northeastern Pennsylvania because of the micromanaging of the District Manager. The way she talks to employees in front of customers and co workers has cause people to leave the company. This company changes commission metrix to fit itself. They will do what ever they can not to pay you commission and if you preform better then average the DM will make a reason up to fire you. Work somewhere else

    Provide further training for your district managers and stores managers on how to treat employees.
