    Pros

    great family operated business. Everyone has a voice. Full health benefits at affordable cost. Small Christmas time bonus for those with children. Good communication between upper management, at least in my area. Good culture, good values. Customer is everything.

    Cons

    Constantly changing commission structure based on what carrier needs a push in for that month. Overwhelming pressure on certain products that are very hard to near impossible to sell. Store managers required to work 45+ hours, but only payed on 40 hour work week.

    Pros

    Smaller-feel to the company. Laid back. Good benefits, like health, dental, vision, paid time off, etc. Coworkers are typically friendly and fun to work with.

    Cons

    No loyalty. Upper management is secretive. "Transparency" does not exist here. Terrible communication and a lack of respect between departments. People in management positions that are hired from outside the company make far more than people that have been with the company for years.

    Advice to Management

    Be aware of flaws in the company other than just why quotas aren't being met. Realize that happy employees are more effective and productive employees. In this industry, the company will survive and even thrive, but there will always be a revolving door of workers when the people are managed and treated so poorly.

    Pros

    coworkers are awesome. CEO is very nice. Top level management is amazing.

    Cons

    No Work/Life Balance. hourly pay is terrible. commission is constantly changing, the District Managers are jokes. half of them don't have formal education.

    Advice to Management

    Hire educated DMs with education in respecting the sales staff and the turnover ratio will lower.

    Pros

    It's easy to request off.

    Cons

    They would change a person's clock-ins so you get paid less. The upper management is very unprofessional. Insurance is too high, They would sell refurbished/used devices.

    Advice to Management

    Set better boundaries with employees. So not be very friendly towards them then talk bad about them with other employees or turn on them and become their worst enemy if they do one thing wrong.

    Pros

    TWE is an awesome place to work. It's a great company that us run well and growing fast. I don't have the time to list All the pros but great pay, great culture, awesome incentives and solid benefits are a few that come to mind!

    Cons

    It's hard to name cons when the leadership team works so hard to fix anything that seems to be broke...FAST. They do what most co panties don't and actually listen to what their employees are saying and take action.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to keep listening to your employees, it's what makes TWE great!

    Pros

    I've been with the company for 2 years now and can't honestly see myself working elsewhere anytime soon. Sales goals are reachable, management is approachable and competent, and there is definately money to be made if you put in the effort.

    Cons

    Haven't come across a con yet. Any concerns I've ever had have been dealt with quickly and fairly by management.

    Pros

    I love the small, family feel that this company offers. I met everyone including the owner of the company which I've never experienced before. All management is very involved and reaches out to us all the time. They view their employees as real people rather than just a number the way corporate stores do.

    Cons

    So far in the few months I've been employed I haven't experienced any cons.
