Details
Pros
A well known community organization that is all about giving back to the community. You really feel good working here. It's an open door policy, everyone is welcome.
Cons
Pay is well below market rates for similar jobs, mind you this is no secret. This is work the government used to do for a lot more money, now privatized for much lower costs.
Advice to Senior Management
May be twisting the truth about what they are using project allocations money for. Salaries should stay a little closer to market.
