I have been working at Therapeutic Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great Director of Rehab placement and payroll staff. Opportunities to work in various settings and with people from different cultural backgrounds. Quick placement, good pay and flexibility. They do what they can when they can to get you the job you are looking for. The company is supportive to their contract therapist.

    Cons

Slow and minimal pay increase over time. The company has switched to biweekly pay.

    Advice to Management

Switching back to weekly pay would great.
