    ProsI worked their ten years ago. great benefits. They gave me a chance to expand my skills. First a heli-arc welder then machine builder to maintenance. Because of Thermal D. I got 2 Associate degrees in industrial electricity and now Im a full blown millwright/maintenance mechanic and industrial electrician. Thank you Thermal D. To bad I messed up. sorry.

    ConsMake sure middle management on the floor are mechanically inclined.
