Current Employee - Senior Sales Executive in Pune (India)
Current Employee - Senior Sales Executive in Pune (India)

I have been working at Thermax full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Learning Curve at proper profiles is steep, almost with non-existant support. New recruits have to ask for directions and will not be spoonfed.

    Cons

Different divisions relying on different products work in separate cocooned silos with firm glass walls at the lower levels, though information sharing is better at the higher management.
The company has the reportedly dubious practice of hiring back former employees who've spent considerable time in competitor/MNC companies at astronomical salaries into the upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better Employee Retention Policies.
    Better Appraisal Mechanisms.
    Firmer
