    very nice people, not stressful working environment . great career prospect, okay pay overall.

    Short work hours. Fraternity like work environment? (Con for me, might be a plus for you)

    Management systems need to improve. Too much turn over. Mediocre compensation.

    Pros

    Good 401k program, stock was discounted 5percent. Could show up between 7am - 9am without worrying about being late

    Cons

    Raises were less than 3percent a year Promotions took 2-3 years Hard to transfer between departments

    Pay the people who work there not someone from outside the company

    I worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    none. it good for kids who out of high school. I'm having a hard time coming up with 20 good words to put in the pros.

    Cons

    Everything. Everyone is only looking out for them selves and will back stab you just to brown nose. Not enough PPE for employees.

    Look at what your ding to your peoples.

    Big corporation stability Good benefit package A lot of growth opportunities for those who are willing to relocate New building

    Cons

    Very low annual merit increase Limited opportunity for growth for those who are not willing to relocate Ridiculous annual goal from head quarter = low bonus payout

    Advice to Management

    Improve information technology to enable rightsizing Offer more annual raise and benefit (free lunch and snack would be nice...) for high performer
