I worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific full-time (more than 3 years)

A job. Had benefits and company car. Meet amazing sales people that brought a lot of passion, ideas, success and inspiration.

First line managers have no training, experience in management. Benefits and bonus has been cut drastically causing a huge mass exodus. I have never encountered turn over and low morale like this in my 15+ years as a sales professional. The culture and leadership need a lot of inward reflection. Look very carefully in choosing this employer. It may or may not be a fit for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your first line management before promoting them. One good sales year does not make a strong leader nor does it mean the personality of a leader is there.

    Doesn't Recommend
