Pros – Great place to learn
Small family run company
Benefits and pay above average for the industry
Great exposure to manufacturing systems
Some good people who are willing to teach
Cons – Very territorial, you step in another person's domain and your head is chewed off
Senior management has no 3 - 5 year plan
Quite a lot of work and it seems we were always late
Advice to Senior Management – Hire good middle management personnel that can enforce operating systems.
