Training isn't too structured and you often have to learn on the job.

Pros – Great balance of work and personal life. Other team members' eagerness to share their knowledge. Technology is cutting-edge and the partners are super committed to the success of Think Tech Labs

Cons – often times fast-paced. much self-taught knowledge. a few times when weekend work is necessary, but not too often. some travel was required as well.
