    I have been working at ThinkHR full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Great technology, lots of momentum, awesome people to work with, food daily, good benefits, nice location just to name a few. I can't say enough about the culture at this company. People really are the jewel of this company. They have had great employee retention and everyone cares about what they're working on. Am very, very happy to call this place my home.

    Cons

    Growing pains - I can't blame the company. They did the right thing. They kept frugal to build the business, get customers, formulate a great culture, bring in revenue, and now are ready to grow the business. A lot of work is required to help launch the company but this is to be expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue to do what you are doing as it's working. Am pleased with the executive team, the corporate employees and field organization.

    I have been working at ThinkHR

    Pros

    The company is startup and they are doing well. There is lots to do, so I have been given a lot of responsibility to making my own decisions on quite important projects (to me anyway!-) dealing with facilities problems, selecting and buying new PCs, copier contracts. I'm learning how to do email marketing. Its great.

    Cons

    My student loan isnt getting any smaller and I'm still living at home. Pay is nothing to write home about. But I guess its about the same for any first time position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    We need a bigger kitchen area and better office furniture.
