    Pros

A dynamic company full of friendly-yet-driven people—most departments have great cultures. Good benefits, fun events. Promotion is based on meritocracy rather than tenure.

    Cons

Certain parts of the business have lost their personality and become a bit too serious. And, as anywhere, there are a few people who are negative and condescending.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a look at the values on which the company was founded. Don't become a "machine."

I worked at Thinking Phone Networks full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

a paycheck thats under glassdoor averages, there is zero personal growth unless one is fresh out of college with no experience, then using this place as a resume to move on could be construed as a pro

    Cons

lack of training, lack of personal development, lack of care for customers. gender pay discrimination is heard in rumors throughout the office. customers leave due to inadequate support, and management does not care because sales does a superb job of snaking in many opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop hollering out of your offices "more money!" and take some advice, train employees so they can leave, treat them so they will not want to.

    Pros

Working at Thinking Phone Networks gives you access to the best and brightest co-workers - they're a smart, motivated, creative, and collaborative bunch from top to bottom. Generous PTO. Fantastic benefits.

    Cons

I truly can't think of any - it's a great company that provides limitless options to people who truly want to work there. You get out of it what you put into it.

    Pros

Great benefits, great leadership, amazing company vision, true leader in the industry, still a great start-up mentality along with offering a fun and relaxed place to work. There are also amazing co-workers and the management team truly enjoys what they do and it shows every day.

    Cons

There can be some long hours depending on the work load which from time to time can be hard to manage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Great place to work, whether you're just starting out, in growth mode, or a seasoned professional. People here love what they do, and it shows. No grumbling, no complaints - just happy employees who are psyched to be in this industry.

I have been working at Thinking Phone Networks full-time

    Pros

Probably one of the best places you can work if you want to get into the growing UCaaS industry. Extremely talented people, incredible growth, the excitement of working for an industry leader.

    Cons

The company is growing incredibly fast (not necessarily a "con"), which occasionally leads to discrepancies between management's aggressive vision and the actual reality of what's possible in each department. You're asked to deliver products/services before they've been created; you have crunch a 2 week timeline into 2 days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management pays a lot of attention to mistakes (as it should), but I would suggest that it also takes the opportunity to celebrate success when it can, and doing a better job of understanding what its subordinates are doing well.

I have been working at Thinking Phone Networks full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I enjoy working with intelligent motivated people in a fast-moving industry. The company is globally focused, which is especially interesting to me as a professional, since I can test my skills and the company's proposition across the planet.

    Cons

The speed at which technology advances is always a challenge, especially when the company is working aggressively to introduce new solutions and gain market share at the same time. It's upon the employees to make certain that their skills are kept sharp, by way of reading, training and practical experiences.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As the company grows, we must be sure that new employees and departments are properly integrated and that information continues to flow. This is especially challenging when the workforce is distributed globally.

    Pros

fast pace, management with high level of knowledge in the field; fun staff; A good challenging job

    Cons

Sometimes you have to bring the work home. It is a highly demanding environment and customers require attention 24/7. Vacations they feel too short.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

back off sometimes please. Give more space to the staff, so they can work in their own way and accomplish goals.
