I have been working at Thirty-One part-time for more than a year

    Pros

This career (direct sales) is what you make of it. If you work it, then you will reap the rewards. It is perfect for self-starters and entrepreneurs. Those outside of corporate office in Columbus, OH can join for a fee. We are considered independent consultants. The company makes it very easy to "earn" new product with catalog changes so you don't have to put a lot back into the business. Commission starts at 25% on everything you sell.

    Cons

If you want to be told what to do and are not self-motivated, this career is not for you. You also have to be comfortable bring in front of people and talking about your business.

I have been working at Thirty-One

    Pros

I love being able to set my own hours and getting paid for partying with some amazing woman! The products are excellent quality!

    Cons

More and more consultants are signing up and the area I live is very saturated. With that being said, I don't have any issues staying active.

I have been working at Thirty-One

    Pros

It offers great flexibility so its up to you when and how much you work. You also get a 25% discount on products which is great for a Thirty One lover. If you do well, you make your own opportunities to move up in the company.

    Cons

You must constantly be widening your business to get new customers. There are also a ton of women selling Thirty-One; the market is getting smaller and smaller.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have some restrictions on who can become a consultant.
