    I worked at Thomas Cook

    Pros

Fun, hard working environment. Professional approach to everything and works very hard at employee engagement. lots of career progression opportunities.

    Cons

There aren't really many downsides other than the fact that the industry itself is very unstable, which leads to lots of restructuring and direction changing. It wouldn't be a place for steady eddies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Carry on working as hard as they do to engage employees and improve communication. The leadership team are very visible and approachable and do a good job at inspiring their employees.
