I was proud to be hired to work here, I only wish they treated their employee's as well as they treat their patients.

Patient Account Representative III (Current Employee)
    Philadelphia, PA

ProsLearned a lot, met a lot of amazing people. The work is interesting and I love working independently at review patient accounts and overpayments both on the insurance end and the patient end.

ConsLeadership has much to work on. They do not seem to treat all employee's the same. I sometimes feel as if I am still in grade school when it comes to policies and how we are treated as far interacting with co workers. Supervisors are not always available for work related questions due to being on personal phone calls or having personal conversations. It seems to be a "do as I say not as I do" leadership.

Advice to Senior ManagementLead by example in all aspects of work.

    Great Culture and Teamwork

    Registered Nurse (Current Employee)
    Philadelphia, PA

ProsThe culture of the hospital is one of the best in Philadelphia. The nurses really do care about their patients and it seems more than just a paycheck.
    Benefits are very nice.
    Nurse/Doctor relationship is good.

ConsThey do not hire many support staff for RN. Majority of the time RNs have a patient assignment up to 7 patients without a CNA/Tech assisting them.
